I've always been pleased with Bobby and Steve's work. One time they missed something, I called them about it and they fixed it for free in a friendly manner. My son worked for them for awhile and knew their operations from the back end. To this day, he still takes his vehicles there. I would recommend them to anyone. Our family has been using Bobby and Steve's in Edina for about the last 5 years. Their service is great! They are priced fairly, are efficient, and friendly. I always feel like they are actually looking out for me and I trust their judgement.

Everything was so smooth! Got an oil change & replaced my wipers. Austin at the desk was super kind and helpful. I got a free coffee and went up to the lounge to play pinball and relax. Funny enough, I got to keep THE Bobby of Bobby & Steve’s! He was so nice and it was cool to talk to him about the history of the business he built with his son. Customer service is clearly a high priority here & I will be back whenever I need a service!

1:00 am, we had just gotten our wedding decorations packed up after a perfect wedding. Exhausted from a long day, we said our last goodbyes, sent our friends on their way, and our car would not start back up! Made the call to Bobby and Steve’s for a jump start and Pat was on site in about 30 mins, got our car jumped in a flash and we were in our way home. Pat was so kind and we just felt so relieved to be rescued. Turns out my battery was exactly 5 years old, I replaced it myself the next morning. I don’t know what we would have done without Pat and BSAW. Thank you for rescuing us and saving our wedding night!

Oh My Goodness this is such a nice little REVAMPED Gas station in the Nice little cut of Bryn Mawr I've been coming to this location since 2021 and I've received magnificent and honest work on my vehicle over the years I figured I should just share some pictures and some things I like about this place because it's changed a lot over the years years 1. Yes they got tap to pay at the pump 2. There is free air when THEY ARE OPEN 3. There's HOT no coffee 4. It's handicap accessible 5. They sell Live Bait (Cropies,Fatheads and Suckers) The inside is super clean, organized, and honestly way nicer than most small neighborhood gas stations. The whole place feels updated and welcoming the second you walk in. The staff has always treated me respectfully and the atmosphere just feels comfortable and local.

I really appreciate the great service I recently received at Bobby and Steve’s. The trunk on my SUV would not fully close and needed a new liftgate latch. It was not a cheap part, but Jared worked to secure the best price and ordered it so that it arrived next day. I also caught up on several maintenance items, and he took the time to talk through them with me and answer all my questions. I trusted the advice I received and really appreciated the communication and service. Will definitely continue to use Bobby and Steve’s.

Went for an oil change on my daughter's car. They just opened the new location and everything is nice and new. However, the crew is friendly, nice,professional, and most importantly they seem to know their stuff.

I had a valve cover gasket that was leaking on my 2018 Tahoe. They replaced it and cleaned up the leaky oil so I no longer have that oil smell when the engine gets hot. Great job.

I had a coupon for an oil change so thought I'd give Bobby & Steve's a try. I called ahead to see if they could get me in that day and they said to come on over. My vehicle was brought in right away and work began soon after. The waiting area is comfortable and the WiFi was quick. The service technician did a full inspection and recommended some additional work which I declined for now. The job was completed quickly and I was in my way soon after.

Great service. Was able to get same day appointment. The people working here know what they are doing and a step above other tire places I was using (i.e. DiscountTire). They helped identify why my stock tires became unbalanced (the interior foam insert bunched up), which had happened a few times now. They fixed the issue permanently by removing the foam. Car drives super smooth now and I don’t notice any difference in road noise. Fair price for level of service and happy the issue is actually fixed now.

Bobby/Patrick was absolutely an expert with driving skills. Came and got me from a garage and a very tight spot at 1:00 in the morning. Got me out of the garage and allow me to make a stop at the gas station! Even aired my tires up. Very professional and helpful and enjoy helping people. I definitely recommend

The staff and the work here is top notch! I got a flat on Memorial Day and had the vehicle towed here for service. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I had brake repair done elsewhere and there was a noise coming from the rear afterwards. I spoke with Tim and he got my vehicle in right away. I did opt in for some other maintenance as I agreed with Tim that it was about time anyways seeing Ive had to put some money into my vehicle recently amd hopefully doing this would prevent any other issues. So far so good! Im very happy with the service the team at Nicollet provided me!

hats off the charlie and the staff here....they got me up and going when my tire was down for our company and the AWESOME service i recieved from them gets them 5 stars and i will drive the extra distance just to do business here again.

Jared was so helpful on a bad day AND flat tire situation. I came after a long day of work desperate to get a new tire(riding in a donut) and he was swift, kind, to the point, and made this most unpleasant day so much easier. I was given options for pricing and timing of the repair. As a woman, any car situation feels like a challenge and a pony show, and always feeling taken advantage of for services not needed. Jared made me feel very comfortable in my choice was very respectful, and caring- hearing my concerns about cost and just my day. Thanks for the extra care!

I went there to have a coolant leak diagnosed. While I didn't opt for the repairs, the technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

The Service Advisor, Joe Vongsouvanh, at the Bloomington France Ave Bobby & Steve’s was very helpful and friendly. He kept me informed and showed empathy. After evaluating the situation with my car he advised me that my car needed more work than they could do. I felt like a valued customer and would come back again if I needed. I have already forwarded the message on the pleasant experience I had and the great work ethics of Joe Vongsouvanh.

I have always loved Bobby and Steve’s! I’ve never gotten bad service from them. They were very good about keeping me updated about my car and did only what was pre-approved. And! They have a great car wash..(complimentary with the service). Well, I’m back on another day. I love this place.. had a screw in my tire & said an hour wait..ten minutes later they had it in the garage! There’s a really cool waiting area up stairs. A 57 Chevy, restrooms, all kinds of food and drinks downstairs. Again, they helped me out of another tough spot! Thanks Bobby
